This Central American coffee originates from the famed Hacienda La Minta farm of the Tre Rios region of Cost Rica. This coffee is shade grown without the use of insecticides at an altitude of 4000 to 6500 feet.  The crop has undergone a wet process and has been sun-dried, giving it a clean and low acidity taste; the perfect everyday cup of joe. Sweet and floral, this medium bodied coffee is delicate with flavors of citrus, maple, caramel and honeysuckle.
